AroView: A brazenly over-the-top tale of domestic disharmony and demon possession, infamous for an incredibly mannered performance by Sam Neill and an incredibly selfless performance by Isabelle Adjani (for which she won Best Actress at Cannes).

Some ropey English dialogue (by Polish native Zulawski) and a dizzying lack of logic consign it to the Euro-trash camp, but its twisted artiness renders it one of the more fascinating shockers of the early 80s and apparently one of Sam Neill’s personal favourites - presented here is a gorgeously remastered, uncut version.
