Set over one night in one hotel room, this psychosexual thriller–cum-romantic comedy charts the ever-shifting power plays between a wealthy heir and his long-time dominatrix.
“The writing is so sharp, the acting so agile and the cinematography so inventive that what could have been a stuffy experiment in lockdown filmmaking is instead a vividly involving battle of wills.” ~Jeannette Catsoulis, The New York Times
“This is a terrifically nasty thriller about seizing control, over others and over oneself. Wigon proves to have a great grasp on it, as well; his assuredness is half of the film’s success.” ~Amy Nicholson, Variety
