AroView: Not too bad at all, this comedy follows in the footsteps of THE CASTLE, as club-members rally to save the fading fortunes of a lawn bowls club.
Featuring a cracker cast of comic talents, including Mick Molloy (who also scripted) and John Clarke, this manages to gently poke fun at the foibles of the amateur sportsman and various suburban opportunists, while investing the rather touching core drama with charm.
