Living off his royalties while rattling around his grand Dublin mansion, the death of his estranged father calls him to New York, setting off an American road trip in search of a Nazi war criminal. Sure to divide audiences, this first English-language feature from Italian dir. Sorrentino takes its title from the Talking Heads song, with singer David Byrne appearing in a cameo, and the film’s observational quirkiness is reminiscent of Byrne’s own directing effort, TRUE STORIES, as well as experimental stylists like Gus Van Sant.
