AroView: Documentary following a leadership training trip to the Antarctic by a group of 76 female scientists with Australian CEO Fabian Dattner.

Designed to transform them “into the sort of leaders they want to be”, Dattner comes to question her own leadership style and philosophy as the trip progresses. Some wonderful opportunities to capture the Antarctic environment on film are sacrificed in the name of team building exercises and corporate management-training jargon, but it’s still an interesting deep dive into one CEO’s attempts to address the ongoing systemic obstacles to women’s advancement in science.
