Stone
AroView: Hailed as one of the great bikie movies, but with a few unintentional laughs along the way as easy-riding renegade cop Stone (Ken Shorter, a John Farnham look and sound-a-like) ingratiates himself into the Gravediggers motorcycle gang to infiltrate a murderer. Lots of hippy dialogue and shocking/awesome Ozzie accents.
The film packed out Australian drive-ins in the early 1970’s with its potent mix of sex, drugs, rock’n’roll and unbridled horsepower, and helped kick-start the genre that would become known as Ozploitation…
