Shall We Dance
AroView: A graceful remake of the 1996 Japanese hit comedy, with overworked city lawyer Richard Gere finding release and solace in ballroom dancing lessons with trim and fit instructor Jennifer Lopez.
It would be hard to go wrong with such an innately romantic tale, and the cast do deliver on empathy without ever quite displaying quite the pizzazz and footwork of true believers. Both Susan Sarandon and Stanley Tucci add a few sparks, though.
