Aroview: Chic Parisian thriller lifts a few motifs from VERTIGO, but adds more than a few original flourishes.
Vincent Cassel is about to settle down with a nice French girl, but becomes obsessively distracted with pursuing his mysterious (and very elusive) old flame. Sure enough, all is not what it seems as flash-backs and multiple points of view begin to shade in the adamantly intriguing plot, loaded with red herrings and co-incidences… Beautifully window-dressed too, with Romane Bohringer and Monica Bellucci matching the sex appeal of the uptown Paris streetscapes.
