Aroview: A waif-thin artist/cleaner (Audrey Tautou) gains a new lease on life after a chance encounter with a dignified stutterer in this heartwarming lost soul drama from veteran director Claude Berri (Jean De Florette), based on a novel by Anna Gavalda.

Lit with lovely touches from a director clearly embracing the healing power of caring in his twilight years, this is made all the more likable by genuine, disarmingly modest performances from an excellent odd-quartet cast, and while it’s all wrapped up with a rosy ribbon, chances are you’ll be too wrapped up in warm fuzzies to mind.
