AroView: A delightfully eccentric comedy from indie director Azazel Jacobs, starring Michelle Pfeiffer as a painfully privileged Manhattan heiress who, upon learning she is now penniless, moves to Paris with her son and the cat she believes may be a reincarnation of her long dead husband.

The mild-mannered Lucas Hedges plays the son in a role very similar to his turn in LET THEM ALL TALK (with Meryl Streep), ahead of a terrific supporting cast. Redolent of Woody Allen’s more fanciful comedies, it’s based on the novel of the same name by Patrick deWitt (The Sisters Brothers), who also wrote the screenplay.
