Another innovative feature from the director of animated documentary WALTZ WITH BASHIR, this unique hybrid of live action and animated feature is beautifully controlled in its live action opening half before segueing into a surrealistic cartoon nightmare. While less satisfying in its computer rendered pay-off that its ‘real life’ set-up this perhaps underscores the point the film is trying to make.
