Lords of Chaos

Horror-thriller set the early 1990s Norwegian black metal scene, with Rory Culkin playing the notorious misanthropic guitarist Euronymous.

Takes generous liberties with the 1998 book of the same name by Michael Moynihan and Didrik Søderlind, which recounts the church burnings, murders and hate crimes that plagued Norway in the early 90’s as the black metal scene was born. Rory Culkin’s performance as the violent Satanist and ring leader of the whole bizarre community is certainly entertaining.
