AroView: A brooding, exceptionally controlled thriller set in an unsettled post-Franco Spain of 1980 in which two homicide detectives who appear to be poles apart must settle their differences and bring a murderer of young women to justice.

Synopsis: During annual festivities in a forgotten Spanish town on the Guadalquivir Marshes, two teenage girls disappear. Juan and Pedro, two homicide detectives from Madrid with deep divisions in their ideology, are sent to assist the local police with the investigation. They must put aside their differences to untangle a web of intrigue, fed by secrets and lies which the locals refuse to give up.

Winner of ten Goya Awards (Spanish Oscars), including Best Film, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and Best Actor (Javier Gutiérrez).
