Last Night in Soho

AroView: Thomasin McKenzie and Anya Taylor-Joy star in this latest dizzying concoction from precocious British director Edgar Wright, a genre-blending gothic thriller inspired by the Swinging Sixties.

McKenzie plays an aspiring fashion designer with a troubled past who moves to London to study at the London College of Fashion, where she begins having vivid dreams involving a beautiful nightclub singer (Taylor-Joy). A kaleidoscopic mind-bender, immaculately dressed in the colour, style and fashion of 60’s Soho and lovingly paying homage to both British kitchen sink and campy horror films of the era.
